30 Wilmington Street: 4 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 loft with full bed, 2 bathrooms.Fully furnished. Dining area seats 10. Appliances include refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher,  washer and dryer.  Stereo, 2 TV's and 2 DVD players. Renter must supply their own linens. Enjoy view of canal from spacious covered deck. Fish or crab from the dock! Outside shower available.  Grill available for family bar-b-ques!

Local area attractions for the family: Museum, waterslide, miniature golf, ice cream shoppes and several restaurants within walking distance! Area grocery stores and produce markets located within a few miles.
